We currently accept Interac e-transfers and Cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, XRP, XLM).
Interac e-transfers – To ensure your order is processed quickly and without issues, we ask that you carefully follow our payment instructions. Each bank E-transfer process is a little different. If you are not familiar with sending Interac E-transfers, please refer to your bank’s instructions after logging in.
Please make no mention of your order, products, or anything related to cannabis, to avoid us rejecting your payment.
Enter the following information when sending the Interac E-transfer:
Recipient Name: See email/order receipt after checkout.
Recipient Email: See email/order receipt for our current payment email address.
Security Question: Set the security question to: See email/order receipt.
Security Answer: Set the security answer to (not case sensitive): See email/order receipt.
Crypto users should be comfortable paying by crypto, please follow instructions sending to our wallet after checking out.
Yes. We ship your product discreetly in a black vacuum-sealed package to ensure privacy and any possible odours. Each shipment comes with a unique tracking number so you can follow it to your destination. You may also purchase optional insurance to cover any loss of the shipment in transit.
We currently offer shipping via Canada Post Xpresspost or Flat-rate boxes (1-3 business day to most locations). We are exploring other courier options and will be updated in checkout and here once implemented.
We try to get your order out as quickly as possible, often same day, however, expect up to 1 day from ordering to shipping. A tracking number will be sent to you once the order is shipped. Please expect delays in tracking information to be updated, as they often scan packages late at the drop locations.
Yes! Free delivery is available Canada-wide on all orders $200 and over. Free shipping will be sent via Canada Post 1-3 day to most locations in Canada.
Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be charged $20 to anywhere in Canada. Signature required option is an extra $2. Please choose this option if you experience theft in your area.
Sorry, shipments need to be pre-paid to avoid any problems with customer not being available at time of delivery.
No, we only ship within Canada no exceptions.
